This week, we start by celebrating the birthday of Fay Victor with a track from her 2019 release. We also delve in to some Horace Tapscott, Arthur Rhames & Charles Telerant, Phalanx, Dudu Pukwana, Ethnic Heritage Ensemble, and Joe McPhee.

And as promised – here is that article on Arthur Rhames as written by bassist Melvin Gibbs called Once, We had a King. It’s a great read.
