RoCM Playlist: 7 June 2025
Lots – well maybe not “lots” – of new music and re-releases this week. Anthony Braxton had a remastering of his 1969 album B-X0 N0-47A (and he also celebrated his 80th birthday on June 4th). We have new music from Joy Guidry, the James Brandon Lewis Quartet, and SUMAC and Moor Mother.
And then we hit some favorites with Sabir Mateen and Frode Gjerstand, Arthur Jones, and the always amazing Don Byron.
Here is the playlist. Don’t forget that you can listen to the RoCM online at KCSB-FM’s website and there’s an online archive available for two weeks after the show airs.
